I posted earlier saying my bf was 22 percent. I got that percentage from some stupid website calculator thing. I got a real bmi tested 3 days ago and it was around 14 percent.
Anyway, I'm 24, 5'5" 176lbs.
This is my first cycle. I have 10 years of mma/lifting experience. fairly solid cardio.
The cycle I'm about to start is 2, 1cc shots a week of
100mg enanthate
100mg propionate
100mg cypionate
Now, from what i've gathered from this website my pct should look somthing like this?:
last few weeks of the cycle start 20 mg Nolvadex and 25 mg Proviron daily
about 10-11 days after last injection begin hcg (pregnyl maybe?)
1, 5000 i.u. shot once every three days (three times) then 3 more shots 5 days apart for a total of 6 shots
after the 3rd hcg shot, i begin a two week intake of clomid
50mg twice a day for one week and 50mg once a day for the second week
let me know if this pct is too much, too little...or just not right. thanks
