@ 6'3" you should easily eat your way naturally to at LEAST 210
yur BF is lwo thats good but you need to eat more if even 3500 is alot u need more ur metabolism is probable pretty fast so u need to eat more

I Swear My Metabolism Laughs @ The 3,500 Calorie's Im Taking In Each Day. But I Swear I Could Go Broke Trying To Satisfy My Never Ending Appetite.
im a fat guy so id have no prob looking like that post your diet up here let the guys crtique it everyone is a great help im sure you will get answers you prob never thought of just my opinion
i don't see how you go broke with it.. at the grocery store i go to you can find deals on meat and other stuff, like chicken breasts for $2/lb and decent steak for 3 or 4. not fatty pieces, just not the best cuts. rice and oats cost next to nothing, and other carbs like potatoes are fairly cheap too.
you're definitely skinny still. just stick with it and maybe look to switch up your workout routine and diet some
