    Honest Opinons And Critique's Please

    It's Been A Couple Of Month's Since Ive Been On The Forum, And Ive Taken Some New Pics. Ive Been Taking In 3,500 Calorie's And Working Out 4 Times A Week. Still No Big Change. I Think It's Time To Juice? Im 23,175,6,3.

    @ 6'3" you should easily eat your way naturally to at LEAST 210

    bro that can take years, i started out at a skinny 130lb freshman at teh age of 14. im now 235lbs and 19yrs old NATURALLY. if you really want to get up there in weight you'll do it. you need to build a good base first before juicin.

    yur BF is lwo thats good but you need to eat more if even 3500 is alot u need more ur metabolism is probable pretty fast so u need to eat more

    Damn, Years? I Guess Ill Just Focus On Training Rather Than The Way I Look, That Way I Won't Be Upset Lol. And Thank's For The Comment, But Body Fat Is Low Due To Me Being An Extreme Ectomorph. I Swear My Metabolism Laughs @ The 3,500 Calorie's Im Taking In Each Day. But I Swear I Could Go Broke Trying To Satisfy My Never Ending Appetite.

    im a fat guy so id have no prob looking like that post your diet up here let the guys crtique it everyone is a great help im sure you will get answers you prob never thought of just my opinion

    i don't see how you go broke with it.. at the grocery store i go to you can find deals on meat and other stuff, like chicken breasts for $2/lb and decent steak for 3 or 4. not fatty pieces, just not the best cuts. rice and oats cost next to nothing, and other carbs like potatoes are fairly cheap too.

    you're definitely skinny still. just stick with it and maybe look to switch up your workout routine and diet some

    chicken breasts at 2$/lb ehh...here in canada I pay my chicken breasts 7,68$/lb.
