injection pain for 2 weeks?

hey guys, need some advice, i injected in my right quad abt 2 weeks ago, they still hurt heaps to the point i cant even jog, is this normal? i have been injecting fine for the last cpl weeks, i think maybe i damaged the muscle taking the needle out or something

Was it your first quad injection? Been my experience that if you go too deep in the muscle, that cause more PIP. When I do my quad, if I go low towards my knee that messes me up. Just stay higher up and don't go in any further than what's required.

is it warm to touch or red /swollen at all? also do you recall what exercises you did that day? 2 weeks is a fair while to be sore even for virgin muscle

if its red or swollen it could be a sterile absess go get it checked out....two weeks of pain is past virgin muscle
