Unless you already have a pretty low bf percentage you won't notice much from injecting cardispan. It also stings like a biatch

I have 11% BF and am thinking of adding it. What did you notice from it?

I don't know much about injecting L-Carnitine directly, but do know that it's definitely a beneficial supplement to take when lifting or even just exercising. It promotes muscle health and strength, and is also beneficial for people attempting to lose weight. I probably wouldn't recommend injecting it, as there are some side effects that can manifest when too high of a dose is taken. I have also read that it's good to take a higher dose initially, but that once it is established in your system, just to take a maintenance dose, and that taking extra is of no benefit.
