I'm curious what everybody's doing. Do you drink whey isolate while you lift, BCAA's, or plain water? I prefer plain water. Everything I read about this topic is different. Some say stick to water, others advocate BCAA's or Whey. I dunno![]()

I take BCAA's some vitamins, zinc, potassium, caffeine before.
Sip on a glutamine drink (glut + water) while working out.
Take my PWO shake after.
Whey isolate for pre workout and post / w, honestly i don't waste my money on buying bcca cause i get em already in my protein powder with glutamine.
