Suspension has to be injected daily at minimum if not twice per day for optimum stability in blood concentrations. Why dbol/suspension? The only reason I see to take something as painful as suspension would be if you are in tested sports.

cyp for 10 weeks with little effects? you had bunk gear or your diet and training were off. Lay out your diet and stats.

Test E or Test C is best for bulking but if you had no results with Test C then something was wrong lay out your diet.

If you can keep the injection frequency up, (2x daily) you can put a lot of mass on with suspension....That is the only test my buddy uses and he is a freaking monster(but his diet and training are spot on).....

Type out your diet on something like word, or word perfect....then just cut and paste here....that way you can give us the complete diet at once, and no one at your work will think anything...

You should try eating 5 egg whites with 2 eggs and a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. It will really get you going with the right cals. Also try pre-paring chicken breasts the night before and eat them 2-3 times throughout the day over all you need more cals and also more protein from whole food sources. The shake before bed should be casein protein as well.

Aslo you need good carb sources, wheat bread and rice arent the greatest. Also do you eat any vegetables or fruit other than a potatoe? (sweet potatoe is much better for you than regular potatoes)
