Whenever I get the "I'm not hungry" feeling, I attribute it to utilizing fat stores for energy more readily while on cycle.
If you are working out hard and your metabolism is high, you could be burning more calories while in a rest state, signaling your brain that food isn't necessary.
How many calories are you getting in each meal? For me, 600 is generally the max I can take before it spills over and makes me not hungry when my next meal is scheduled, roughly 2.5-3 hrs later.

Take a B12 shot it should stimulate your appetite.
Also it should generally increase your energy and mood. Giving you a more positive mood.
500 cals isn't really out of the norm man. I consume 900 at breakfast easily. Then another 700 - 800 only 4 hours later. But i have a small meal(banana and tuna salad) 2 hours in between.
Keep trying to eat. It's your best friend. You might just be too worked up right now to concentrate on eating. I think you'll be ok. Keep up the good work man.

I have had the same problem and found it easier to just eat constantly (within reason). so say for your breakfast get up earlier and start eating. i personally eat as soon as im awake until im at work, then i eat constantly at work aswell where possible.
