I stopped training for a month just got back lifting this week, but i've noticed my pecs are lookin more like bitch tits. I've had no irritation or itchyness round the nipple area. Is it possible for gyno to develop without any signs, 4 months after pct?
Or is it just that i havnt been lifting for a month so the pec muscle's are turning to fat?
If so any advice to cut down in that area, maybe bench high reps with lighter weight?
