Delt pain lots of it????

hey fellas jus did a test cyp 2ml shot in the delt this morning. and it hurts really bad i couldnt do squats cuz it hurt even to raise my arm and let alone support a barbell. it was a really clean injection no blood at all. i jabbed kinda on the high top part...do u think i hit a nerve??? i mite have to skip shoulders 2morrow if it doesnt improove

Have you used this site before? It could be the introduction of the oil if it's entirely fresh.

In my younger days I loved hitting delts but they were always painful...I have the scar tissue to prove it now as well, so make sure you rotate sites away from them whenever possible.

Hey man, I had the same problem with my first injection into a virgin muscle... Goes away after 3-4 days...Then hit it again the week after and barely any pain at all..

had the same problem with my first injection. pour some hot water in a small Tupperware, put the vial in there for a few minutes(3/4 of the way up the vile is perfect). glute injections will be better and quads should be fine too. warming up and good protocol is huge.

i wouldnt say its a virgin. maybe the spot yes but i did a 10 weeker of test E before and was frequently injecting on both delts. this time around so far i jus get the basic oil soreness that goes away in 2 to 3 days. but today i got pain that bothered me all day. not soreness PAIN. the hot water ya. ive done that before it works like a charm. ok. i dint do that today. but agreed it makes the injection very fluid. so u guys think its jus the thickness of the oil??? HOW can i avoid this??
