    Need Help. Energy crash.

    I am currently on my third week of Test E. 500mg a week.
    I am also taking 60mcg of T3 in the morning and about 40 later in the day about 8 hours later.
    In the gym I have NO ENERGY! I am thinking it could be the T3. I have about 30grams of carbs in the morning and maybe about 30 preworkout.
    I am currently cutting.
    165lbs, 5.6", 15% body fat.
    I will also add winny for the lat 4 weeks.
    Should I lower the T3 to say 80mcgs a day?
    I cant lift for shit.
    By the way I knwo the test is working because my libido is through the roof.
    My dailly total are about 260P less than 100C and about 50 to 60F.

    It is most definitely the T3 as I have experienced the same. I can't have a good workout if I go any higher than 50mcg a day. I've gone up to 100+mcg a day and I could not work out at all. I'm guessing your goal is to cut? I'd personally take just 25mcg a day or just forget about it and use clen or something else or just nothing and do the old fashion diet/cardio. Every time I have ever used T3 I always hated it because my energy was always lowered.

    did you have any crash as far as weight gain when you stopped taking it? how long did you take it for. Thanks a lot for your help bro, Im going to lower the dose.

    If you want to prevent weight gain I suggest you stop T3 a week or 2 before you end your cutting cycle so that your thyroid can get going again and still be on your cut with your low calorie diet and cardio and that should prevent any weight gain.

    Longest I've used it for was 3 weeks and I really just can't stand the stuff. I'd prefer to have awesome workouts then being able to lose a little extra fat in a shorter time.
