i don't. My eyes and apetite know how much i should eat and how.
The reason why I weigh my food is if Im making slow progress, or losing muscle, or getting bloated/water retention, I know exactly what to change.
I weigh my food 90% of the time or whenever it is possible; it helps to know exactly how much you are consuming; especially when you are cutting
I can pretty much eye-ball it by now, considering I eat the same things every day
I weigh my meat (cooked), yams, oats, red potatoes and thats it.
I have like 4 scales, 1 digital.
