run it for 8 weeks, if it's first cycle you should expect about 10 lb min

im asking for my friend, hes 21, 5"8', 180, 12-14%, first cycle, 3500 cal a day, not the best diet but no junk food/fast food.
You or your friend should get your/his diet together first before cycling because what you can expect will highly be determined by diet
