    sodium daily intake should be????

    im 150lbs, 5'5, bf% i dunno,
im trying to trim down, with a six pack
my daily cal intake is 2100, i work out 5 days a week
    with cardio ...3 + miles 4-5 days a week

i have no clue what my sodium intake should be, i think its too high
for dinner i was adivised to use mustard or soy sauce for my chicken breast and brown rice for dinner.. but the soy sauce is 500mg + every single night, and im beginning to think its just too much

any idea what a daily intake should be?

and better yet i NEED A PERFECT SAUCE FOR DINNER!!!!!

Just drink a lot of water.

150lbs at 5'5 and you want to "trim down?" To each his own i guess.

X2 sodium manipulation is stupid just keep drinking a lot of water and keep your daily sodium intake constant your body will adjust and find its homeostasis.

Bro, everyone is different but my stats are similar to yours. I am 5"4 and used to weigh about 167. After dieting for about a year and a half i am trimmed down to 123. At about 9 % body fat now. I would drink lots of water and don't worry about the sodium. You will get it from the whole food you eat. So at any rate if you have the same frame you can do it but you have to remain consistent with the diet! Good luck!

Your sodium requirements are related to a number of things, blood preassure, daily activity/perspiration, water intake etc

Keep your water intake up and avoid the soy sauce everyday and youll be fine.
