14 months clean, time to jump on

After much research, adjustments to diet, intense training and gaining naturally I have decided on my next cycle.

Cycle
Week 1 – 10 Tren E 50mg/ed
Week 1 – 12 Test Prop 100mg/ed

PCT
Week 12 HCG – 500IU x 3
Week 13 – finish 500IU x 2 wk total (5000 IU) 4.5wk total

Day 1- .25mg L-dex + 300mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
Day 2-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
Day 31-40 - .25 L-dex + 50mg Clomid

Only question is because Tren raises prostaglandins levels should I take .25 or .5mg Arimidex EOD during cycle? Or just take it in PCT?

dude thats a pretty stacked first cycle, i would cut the tren and use test cyp or test e 500mg/week instead. youll get good gains off test alone since its your first cycle. whats your stats bro? youve only been workin out for 14 months? i would wait a few more years before trying AAS, you need to build a good base before you build the rest. post stats

if you want to use tren e you don't have to inject it ed. if you are going to inject ed you might as well get tren a, but thats just up to you.

also, nolva lowers the effectiveness of arimidex so you could just cut the liquidex out of pct. you can run it on cycle if you want though

(Thats a VERY outdated PCT IMO. Far be it from me to question Stickies, but IMO, thats an absurd dose of Clomid, even if it is only for 1 day. Personally i wouldnt use anything over 50mgs IF you use Clomid at all.

Secondly, Nolva reduces the effectiveness of Adex. Which makes it not much of a choice for PCT. IMO the only AI for PCT is Aromasin.)

If you are going to run Tren, keep Letro on hand in case gyno appears.

Otherwise, id run Adex @.25mgs ED throughout the cycle. Stop it the day before PCT, and run Clomid, Nolva, and Aromasin like this.

Aromasin - 25/25/25/25

Sorry I meant Arimidex in PCT not Letro. Also this will be my 4th cycle. Stats are 26 involved in the fitness industry for many years. Also in the gym since i was 16.

I cant get my hands on any Letro or Aromasin and i have never been susceptive to gyno. ran some pretty heavy test cycle with no issues.

If ill change up the Tren E to 2x wk and run Test P same + .25 Adex in cycle or .5 Adex EOD

PCT can be HCG same setup adjust Clomid and run Nolva

100mg clomid + 20mg nolva and or 50mg clomid + 20mg nolva

if you cannot handle ED injections, switch to Test E.

Tren E can be shot 2xW.

Injects are ED and will switch the Tren injec to 200mg 2xwk. I have checked esters and both the prop and tren. Tren E are mixed I have read 8 days to roughly 2 weeks. Which is why I will run the Prop 2 weeks post last Tren inject. Prop ester rouhgly 2days so will start PCT post the 2 days. I didnt want to run Prop for to long but for Tren to work effectively it should be run for at least 10wks which is why I am running the Prop for such a long time. Hopefully I dont burn out my receptors.

Why wouldnt you want to run Test for 12weeks? Thats the standard usually.

Well i will run the Prop for 12 wk just thought because it has such a quick ester it can burn out receptors. So i originally was unsure of running it for so long.
