i had bad experience with 19nors and recovery even though tren seems very tempting, however i wanted to try anadrol as well. but i hear it can cause gyno ? even tho u say it doesn't aromatise?

just because something doesn't aromatize doesn't mean it can't cause gyno, you can get progestrone related gyno as well, especially in the presence of estrogen

so to prevent gyno from anadrol i can use an AI to keep estrogen levels low?

as for headaches being a main side effect, should i reduce my dosage to 50mg a day? i would use it as a kick starter

I agree you are likely safe using a 19nor but a nandrolone based steroid is still capable of aromatizing just at a much slower rate than testosterone based.

All the DHT derivates do not give aromatization , wich means less water ritention,less estrogen conversion.
Not a case Winstrol and/or Oxandrolone are the best choice prior to a competition. A DHT derivate can give gyno instead because the male body has receptors for progesterone in the breast (not as many like women) and they can be activated by a DHT's stuff .

Sometime the body recognizes the androgen in a wrong way ( like progesterone ) so when few progesterone receptors pick up a few molecules of any DHT'derivates (Proviron-Anadrol-Oxandrolone, etc.etc.) the result is gyno.

Fortunately it doesn't happen often, it depends on the genetics receptor of each person.I saw athletes getting gyno from Stanozolol, Anadrol or even Proviron while others get nothing from 600mg/Deca a week.

When this drug circulates enough times throughout the body with repetitive dosages, some mesterolone molecules find progesterone receptors. Any DHT's stuff has chemical similarities to progesterone in its actual chemical structure.
