Anyone ever order/use the Clen on Ar-r? If so, what is a good suggested usage amount per day? Thanks.

a buddy of mine ordered from Lion's site and got it within a few days (3-4). you should start at 40mcg a day and work your way up (20mcg a week) til 80-100mcg. suggested use is two weeks on two weeks off to keep your receptors alive
