    First cycle --- My profile

    Hi everyone, I've been reading threads on this forum for about a month now, this is my first post and this is my profile.

    Age: 21
    Height: 5'8"
    Experience: 5 years
    Weight: 190
    Bf: 20%
    My ultimate goal: bf around 10%

    My first year of training was really serious and since then I've been on and off. Now I started back 5-6 times a week for the last 2 months. 5 years ago I was 165 23% bf. These stats have been given to me by my doctor. I'm really decided to start a cycle but as a rookie there are a few questions that remain unanswered even with all the questions asked and the many threads I've read. Should I bulk first and use a pct such as clen or start immediately with a cutting cycle such as clen or ECA?

    This a sample of what a training and diet day looks like:

    9 AM: 8 egg white with vegetables + a bol of oatmeal with skim milk + a fruit

    11 AM: Whey protein with skim milk and a fruit

    1 PM: Rice or bread + vegetables + chicken or beef or tuna

    3 PM (Pre-Workout): Variety of fruits

    4 PM: Workout

    6 PM (Post-Workout): Whey protein with skim milk

    8 PM: Same as dinner (1 PM)

    P.S: Between each of these meals and snacks, I drink a bottle of water (500 ml)

    Finally, I think I didn't forget anything and you have a detailed profile of me so I'm waiting for your suggestions and critics. I know that most of you will tell me to drop some fat before starting a cycle but I'm really decided to start now. thank you

    sounds like your in a rush, i'd run a clen 2 week, eca 2week alternating until i was down about 5-6% BF you better to cut then cycle IMO


    and your body isn't having any food for 13 hours whats that all about

    thanks for the quick reply. What can I change to my diet? As for the cycle, I can take it until I've reached my goal with no problem? Should I change my training routine or stay on my bulking training routine?

    I would take a look at the diet section find a diet to match your goals then taylor it to suit you circumstances, ie times you can eat/budget etc.
    Also the only real way your gonna lose BF is cardio, i know i mentioned clen/eca but these will only aid you, you need to do some solid cardio session in with your weight and get the right diet. I'm no expert and as you can see pretty new too but i was in a similar situation and it has been seriously hard work cutting the BF post cycle.

    "It is common to use the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off method but use ECA (ephedrine,caffiene,aspirin) during the off weeks. This method is totally pointless and counter productive. The whole point of taking two weeks off is to allow beta receptors to up regulate making Clen effective again. ECA down regulates these receptors (plus hitting a load of others) just like Clen. Therefore the receptors never up regulate and Clen + ECA becomes ineffective."

    Without hi jacking this thread to much, i'd just say i'm getting good results running it this way at present but by the sounds of what that says i should have some time off, cheers for the insight, worth a try. Maybe i'll do a compare and contrast thread...........

    sounds like you want to use clen as a pct. Is that right?

    If so, you need to do a lot more research.

    you are like me when i was ready to jump in. i was overweight and at a high bf. i've cut down a lot, and am going to do this the right way, and you should to.

    you shouldn't jump in to this at your current bf, because the sides will be much more severe and there will be a lot more complications. plus, how are you ready to cycle when you're not ready to lose more fat before you do it?

    i think you should really think about this, and if you're going to do it, do it right the first time.

    your proposed "cutting cycle" can be run whenever.. don't jump into steroids yet

    thanks guys for these answers and I sure know a lot more of what I'm going to do now. Firstly, I will lower my bf but when am I supposed to know that I'm ready to start. As for the way of using clen, perfectbeast clen faq answered it perfectly. I'm still wondering what I should change in my diet. Finally, for my training method, I should keep on working out the same way and add cardio to it?
