Hi everyone, I've been reading threads on this forum for about a month now, this is my first post and this is my profile.

Experience: 5 years
Weight: 190
Bf: 20%
My ultimate goal: bf around 10%
My first year of training was really serious and since then I've been on and off. Now I started back 5-6 times a week for the last 2 months. 5 years ago I was 165 23% bf. These stats have been given to me by my doctor. I'm really decided to start a cycle but as a rookie there are a few questions that remain unanswered even with all the questions asked and the many threads I've read. Should I bulk first and use a pct such as clen or start immediately with a cutting cycle such as clen or ECA?
This a sample of what a training and diet day looks like:
9 AM: 8 egg white with vegetables + a bol of oatmeal with skim milk + a fruit
11 AM: Whey protein with skim milk and a fruit
1 PM: Rice or bread + vegetables + chicken or beef or tuna
3 PM (Pre-Workout): Variety of fruits
4 PM: Workout
6 PM (Post-Workout): Whey protein with skim milk
8 PM: Same as dinner (1 PM)
P.S: Between each of these meals and snacks, I drink a bottle of water (500 ml)
Finally, I think I didn't forget anything and you have a detailed profile of me so I'm waiting for your suggestions and critics. I know that most of you will tell me to drop some fat before starting a cycle but I'm really decided to start now. thank you
