Hi, im preparing to go on my first cycle.

im 89kg, 180cm and about 20% body fat...hence the cut

was wondering if someone with experience could give me some pointers...am i going about this in the right way etc.

First off, my goals are really to shed some pounds while keeping the muscle. In a perfect world i would even like to gain some muscle :P but lower % bf is my main goal.

Ive been reading for serveral weeks now and ive come up with what i think is a good cycle. Can someone please tell me what i can expect from this cycle (ie what will it do to me) and is it worth it.

weeks 10 and 11 are for clomid...can some1 give me some values on this bit?? as im not so sure. Im also certain my clen values arent great and could do with tweaking (at least ).

Will the primo and the winny actively help me burn fat?? or are they only really there to keep the muscle on while proper diet, ie low cals/keto/increased cardio does the work??

any help on the matter would be appreciated
