Yes tip #1 do not cycle those compounds.
so you are telling me that i should not take them at the same time Redz.
First forget about what you have bought, dont cycle any kind of AAS. What are your stats? how long have you been training?
6' tall 188lbs just started working out and training
Just judging by the fact you purchased thsoe two compounds shows you dont know at all what you are doing. Do you even train currently? How long have you been training? stats?
If you just started working out then you should be getting gains easily without steroids.
I called and talked with who i thought was a reputable company and talked with the owner and that is what he suggested and it is true that i do not know what i am doing.
Never take advice from dealers/suppliers they are in it for profit.
well then if i am not suppose to take both at the same time which one would you suggest that i take?
You are looking for a magic fix and sorry to tell you steroids arent magic. You need to learn to perfect diet and training and make natural gains before using steroids. What is your diet like?
how old are you?
40 years
those arent names of any legit AAS ive ever heard of unless you spelled them wrong.
you should of spent the money you used for these so called "steroids" on a gym membership it would have been much more beneficial. not sure how much can actually be done with only a total gym. just my opinion though.
40? and 6-8 lbs? I have suggestion of what to get on. Try a treadmill and a bench press cycle for 12-24 months. Kinda long cycle I know. also try some dietary supplements like chicken and redmeat with vegtables and brown rice. Keep it simple and don't ever think it. learn to love the process, the routine, the results. Then see if you even care to go any further. It may be that a good healthy lifestyle with good nutrients naturally and a good work ethic in the gym will do all that you dream of and more. Good luck.
bro, stop making 5 threads for the same thing
what you have there is crap.. and by you not knowing any better you became the perfect customer for these guys.. chalk it up as a loss..
spend some time to learn about this stuff and know exactly what your doing.. get diet and training in check.. that there will take you a long way. maybe sometime down the road this may be an option.. but imo its not at this time.
