    Me at 227 lbs

    Jus taken today.
    227 lbs
    ~11-12% BF
    Compared with 215 lbs ~8% BF last month.

    15 lbs to traget

    I usually drop carbs gradually and keep it of 2 sources only, Oatmeal and fruits/vegies.
    beside droppin' cals in general.

    I do cardio about 6-8 times per week.

    what kind of cardio 20 mins? 40mins? high intensity? low? just wondering im cutting right now lookin for more pointers than i got everything helps

    I do a mix of fast walk up hill (max incline on treadmill), fast short sprints (1/2 or 3/4 laps each), 30 minutes light joog or stiar master. I never do one kind of cardio, min. 2 kinds. so if im doing 30 miutes cardio, it could be 10 minutes sprintsa nd 20 minutes stair master.

    another key to cut quick is spread your meals as many as possible, instead of 6 makes it 8-9. instead of every 2.5 hrs as most ppl do, try 1.5 hrs. only 350 cals meals.

    my intake is like 2200 a day to the divided by 8 would be about 275 a meal which would be fine

    stats 5'9 178-180 15-16% BF 20yrs old no cycle exp. best lift 6 bar dips with 3 45plates on my waist cardio 8-10 times a week AM fed cardio 20mins HIIT and 30 mins PWO low intensity I WANNA HAVE A 6 PACK!!!!!!

    Wheels under EXTREME construction, I'll be posting them up in 6-8 weeks.
    I had a long history with knees injuries starting with paralyzation up to damaged cartilage.
    But they are coming up slowly now hopefully ready before next March.

    i don't hit too heavy man, too many injuries specially herniated L5 disc. so no squats or deadlifts.
    Hack squat I went up to 550lbs x10 reps
    Military press 335 lbs 8 reps, T-bar (with support for back) 6 plates x 7 reps.
    Bench press 375 lbs x 12 reps
    Pull downs 300 lbs x 7 reps.

    cycle experience? how many cycles when was the frist time u took a cycle? i remember seeing u way back in 2004, when u were sportin a jew fro, and ain't nearly as strong.

    IMO, I like how you look in pic #1 better, I'm not into the crazy abs. I like how I can see abs but not wicked cut (i.e 6% BF). You look really solid bro!

    Im 6 ft 2 215 with 10% BF

    Im starting my Test E Cycle tomorrow. I wanna be about 225-230 and if I could look anywere near wut ur lookin like at 227.... im happy.
