Hi all, question for older trainer new to forum. Moderate initial course as detailed below with the aim of adding some bulk (followed by another closer to a BB comp in Oct). History of smaller courses in past but over 15 years ago (ie: Sust 250 - 1 ml per week). Stats: 41 years / 81.5kg / 15%bf and train 5-6 days PW (1 maj muscle / 1 minor muscle per day). Quite strong for age having upped resist to a 120kg bench (with a few clean reps) At course commencement upping intake to over 3600 cals with about 250-300g protein spread out over 8 meals per day.
Product: Testone 250mg. Had not seen this before but appears to be replacement for sust. Anyone know more?
Weeks 1-10: Sust 250 x 2ml per week (500) for 10 wks (1 ml Mon / 1 ml Thu)
Weeks 13: Clomid 100mg ED and Nolva 40mg ED
Weeks 14-16: Clomid 50mg ED and Nolva 20mg ED.
On the right track? Any advice / suggestions greatly appreciated.
