    Flat bench 135 10 reps, 185 8 reps, 205 6 reps, 225 4 reps
    Incline DB Press 65 10 reps, 70 8 reps, 75 5 reps
    Tricep Cable Ext. ( Drop Set) 100*12 90*10 80*10
    100*10 90*10 80*10
    100*9 90* 9 80*8
    Skull Crusher-Bench with EZ Bar (Giant Set)
    50 10*10
    60 7*7
    60 6*6

    Cable Fly 40*10, 40*10, 40*10
    Dip Maching 165*10 180*8 180*7

    30minutes cardio low intensity.

    This is my 4th day of exercise since 6 days ago. (no strenght increase or weight) 164lbs today.
