Hi guys have just finished shooting 60mg prop ed. My last shot was on thursday around 2pm. When should i start my pct exactly as in nolva? I know its somewhere around 3-5 days but when would be optimal. Sunday 2pm?

personally i start the next day. i know some will wait 3 days but if i take my last shot of prop on thursday then i would start my nolva/aromasin on friday. my theroy is better early then late
