depends on the day if i feel like it ill grab some 10 plates maybe a 25 just depends on how im feeling that day, Stiff legged deads are a good one i did forget, im thinking of breaking up my legs into seperate days hams quads u know but as for lower back i jsut no he's laggin like my forearms and chest
Stiff deadlifts and common deadlifts are the way to go to thicken your lower back.
deadlifts, bb rows(any really heavy rowing really), good mornings
