My past to leg workouts have been cut short due to a pain in my left knee when squating. first workout i started with squats and when i got to 225 i felt the pain when i got just to parallel. and today i started with leg ext. then leg curls. then did squats and stated with 145 and had no problem. went to 225 and BAM my knee gave out. Any budy have any ideas or maybe same exp. ????
