Guys, i know your supposed to do cardio on an empty stomach...but i see some guys talking about a shake before cardio...i was wondering what is best...before cardio or after..and if the shake counts as on an empty stomach...i mean clearly thats not on an "empty stomach" but...
also...im thinking this is going to be my morning shake..its gonna taste like ass...but imma house it down...hows this look
