Well, just had my last meal of the day. Some Turkey (6 slices), 3 slices of Ham, 2 SF jellos and 2 SF Popsticles.TOTAL, 40P, 10F, 5C, 400Cals.

if you are right about your calories it will. 500 calories under bmr/day ~ 1 pound fat lost in a week
To make it better tomorrow,
Add egg whites for BF instead the scoop of whey.
No Whey before cardio?you can in the morning, but either take the other scoop after your lift or space it out so you have a proper pwo meal
How many Grams of fat can I safelly have?it depends, but your fats aren't the best. efa supps are good if you have room for them
The Turkey is packaged it has like 350Mg of Sodium per Slice!because its garbage. get real turkey or chicken breast that is plain, you just want it for the protein
