Just joined today after reading a few posts on the forums, so much information out thereto read.. very useful![]()
Anyway this is my stats:
24 Years old
Weight just over 100 KG which is about 225 pounds
Hieght 183 which would be 6'
And im way over weight and need to loose it ...
So im going to start very soon, but i wanted to get all the info i needed before i started.
and to be honest i want a shortcut, as short as they come ... im not interested in any long term strict diet or working out for hours and hours with minimal resaults
So please if anyone has any advice ... shoot

PS: Im interested in HGH ( Injection ) and thats probably what i will go for.
