quik run down b4 the ? im 37 training for 23 yrs. in middle of 5th cycle tren and test, im 5'10" 267 bf in mid to low teens (this a.m.). i eat very clean the majority of the year im not perfect but im not preparing for a contest or anything either (just vane). my question is i think related to sodium and water i've felt like the last couple of years ive become very sensitive to sodium. some days i dont even look like i work out im just big other days i look like a freak at the gym that everyone stares at while im not looking. my question(finaly)
it seems as though i look my best after a junk meal. yesterday i ate perfect all day in anticipation of cheating during the national championship game. last night i had 3 pieces of pizza and 3 beers. this morning i weighed 268 my abs were showing like never before i looked great what the f**k im i missing??
