Guys i was wondering when coming to the end of each AS should i come of slowly. For example i was thinking the last 2 weeks of sustanon i take half the dosage...so 250mgs and extend it out and extra 2 weeks. Same with EQ and winstrol I would do 25mgs/ed for the last 2 weeks.

Is this a good idea it says to do this on the steroid.com how to come off section.

oh my bad.

no. anti-estrogens. they help your natural test levels go back to normal, since production is shut down during the cycle. It does not help you keep gains.

keeping gains comes from: continuing to bust your ass in the gym, and don't stop pumping hard because the test isn't modivating you to workout anymore. In addition, diet will help keep 90% of your gains (excluding water weight) if you continue to fuel the body properly post cycle, and during PCT.

how is cutting back bad just out of curiosity when thinking about it...it seems to make sense to have the level sust and what not slowely leave your body seems like its less of a shock to your system other wise it seems like your going cold turkey?

I am not expert, but I believe the reasoning behind it is you are doing your PCT 18 days after your last injection so that any major amount of artificial test is gone which then allows your PCT to work smoothly and not interfere.

Having artificial test still in your system along with running nolva/clomid causes interference and leads to some things to happen. (I forgot what exactly).

Hope someone else can clarify it better than me.

its gonna slowly leave your body anyway ..in about 18 days.... why cut back ..lower potential gains when using a compound that will naturally slowly diminish in your system over an 18 day period as it is. thats my opinion...
