less then 100g fat and
ate only around 100g carbs, 50g for breakfast and rest in PWO on WO days and non WO days sub with 50g brown rice... is this not good?

you'll prob loose weight, but also muscle.
You won't know until you try it. It also depends on where the protein is coming from. Just shakes? Different meats?
I would calculate your BMR and your TDEE first. Looks like too little calories to me.
well so far 2day i had 140g protein 180g carbs and 30g fat, only had 2 meals + PWO
