    progress so far

    this is me from 8 weeks ago and now... let me know what you think about the progress... i need to lose bf!!

    Try having two young kids and being on the run all day. I'm a stay at haome dad in school too

    are you doing any cycles or just diet and cardio....(as much diet as you can have with college food...lol im a broke ass college dude myself.)

    college and army food is amost the same has no real nutritional value and if ur saveing for a house ur pretty broke too

    ya i did a cycle of test p EOD of 100 mg/ml... but i still worked my ass of haha

    If you did a cycle to lose that fat then it was a waste. Nothing you couldn't have done on your own with diet/cardio.

    i didnt do it for fat loss... i started off at 210 lbs with about 20% bf. when iwas done i was 225 with around 15% bf.... i plan on cutting all summer to gt down to 10%

    Good progress so far, you lost a significant amount of bodyfat, really noticeable around the pecs and belly area.

    congratulations on the weight loss,but gear?

    sorry i would say thats a no no.
    not meant to diss but when you spend more time on here you will see many many newbies want a quick fix to everything and think steroids are the answer.
    the little gear you did prob didnt do much,but the hard work you did...did.

    keep working hard,you have a decent frame (i was 8 stone/114lbs when i started) so you have something to work with.

    well done again and dont lose the faith,hard work,diet and rest really work.

    I was confused for a minute there, because I thought the first pic was the before and the second pic was the after shot and I finally figured it out.

    Great progress, eight weeks can make a huge difference with just a little bit of dedication.
