its not a heavy cycle just doing a simple 1 this year as a cutter.. any input welcome.

test e norma 500mg/wk for 14wks
clen 2wk on and 2 off from wk 4 to pct.
t3 from wk6 to pct
hcg 500ius/wk from week 5 to 13
adex .25eod 1-14wks

pct 18 days after last test shot

clomid 50/50/50/50
nolva 40/40/20/20
aromasin 12.5mg ed or should i do 25mg ed???

does this look ok? is pct start time ok? or should i do it 14 days?

I am running the Normas at 500mg/week for 14 weeks. I am almost on week six now. I like the Normas. The only advice I have would be to maybe get more hCG so you can start earlier. Maybe more than 500iu EW. I was doing 250iu E4D, and noticed shrinkage. I switched to 250iu E3D and I have regrown.

Also, maybe run hCG until a few days before PCT. I would not stop it 3 weeks before PCT (You said to run it until week 13, and you are running a 14 week cycle).

I think you can taper down the Clomid.

I am running my first cycle now, so I am not speaking from experience... just what I have read

cycle looks fine.

start your pct 14 days after last injection, not 18.

You probably won't need the Aromasin in pct, especially if you controlled estrogen on cycle with adex.

just got more hcg so will run it from start to 1 week before pct.

reason for the aromasin is when i ran my last cycle i stoped the adex when i started my pct and then within 1 week into pct the sore nips came back so i jump back on the adex and away it went... but this time i will use aromasin as this is what most think is best in pct?

Aromasin is the better choice in pct and when combined with nolva. Good call.

also i have total of 10000ius 2x 5000iu amps.. i will mix 1 amp at a time and put in fridge will i have to us it all within 5 weeks? so should i do 1000ius/wk so i dont have to waste any?

as if iam doing 500ius/wk i would of only used 2500ius in total before its life is up?

If you have low bodyfat and you wanna look hard yes add it.

Shoot 500iu 2x week.
