hi..i had a shot of 200mg tren enanthate done in the shoulder for the first time a couple days ago...my shoulder is still kinda sore from the jab..just wondering if this is normal and long does it usually take before it gets better...i have never had shoulder jab..always in the glutes

answer-yes it is very normal to get some pip(post injection pain) in a virgin site.

yes -warn the gear before you inject-take a hot shower or bath after you shoot-follow correct injecting tec and keep the pin a stedy as possable.

what you full cycle and pct look like ?

hcg and clomid to start after cycle has finished

ok right i can see a few faults with your cycle bud

1st why you running sust and cyp together?(there both test stick to one or blood levels will be unstalbe and unwanted sides may be seen)

2nd 200mgs tren e is a little low imo

3rd i wouldent use nolva with any 19nor compound (tren) it can promote gyno)

4th use hcg use towards end of cycle not for pct(nolva-clomid pct)

5th 8 weeks is to short with the long esters your useing (10 weeks min imo)

weeks 1-12 500mgs sust or test cyp ew

weeks 1-10 400mgs tren e ew

weeks 7-11 500iu hcg every 4th day

weeks 14-18 -nolva 40/20/20/20-clomid 50/50/25/25

two kinds of test is not recommended stick to one
tren should br higher around 500mg ew

and follow lords suggestion with HCG use and PCT

2 tests together ...fine imo ...i dont necessarily understand it but its not gonna hurt 1 damn bit imo (esp with sust being one of them wtf is the diff???).... 8 weeks is short ...10-12 IMO .... nolva on cycle with 19 nors- i understand the theory but i did it for years early in my cycling experience and had no issue what so ever. That tren dose is low..id up it to at least 300 ( if u keep lower end 200-300 thats even more reason the nolva will be fine) pct should include clomid and nolva. hcg last 1.5 weeks of cycle and fisrt 2.5 weeks post cycle (500iu 2x/week)...pct should start 18 days post inject of sustanon and id do clomid 100/50/50/50 and nolva 40/20/20/20 ...my $.02..
oh if u change mind re: nolva id use adex .25-.5eod bumped to .25-.5ed if needed

^^ one more suggestion - whatever you use to manage estro be sure to run it up to pct alongside hcg...

ive just ordered sum arimidex and should running that with the cycle. is it worth getting letro to block out the estrogen completely. also how are you meant to use letro?

i wouldnt use letro ...you want some estrogen ...there are many bad effects of lowering estrogen too much ..one of which is hindering your gains. Letro is used by people who are very, very prone to gyno or to treat gyno...IMO...
