PCT drugs timinig

hey guys

one thing has been bothering be regarding PCT drugs is the timing i mean lets say you take 40mg nolva a day when do you take them? do you spread the dosage throughout the day do you take it all in the morning in the evening? empty stomach with a meal

Most ppl take it in one dose, medically it's always given as a single dose. Time of day makes no diff though some ppl prefer to take serms, esp clomid before bed.

It's your choice mate, i'm just pointing out how it's usually taken, so personally i'd stick with a single dose.
