    Antidiuretic drugs

Can anyone tell me a good antidiuretic (preferably something legal. I don't have any other source right now). Im taking prescribed Test. Cypionate, but maybe a little (or a lot) more than prescribed and I want to keep water retention to a minimum. Or is this even a concern. Right now Im using about 250 mg/wk. Any help would be appreciated

im confused here. you want an ANTIdiuretic, which would be something that holds water. but you say you want to keep water retention to a minimum??

if its actually a diuretic, that you are looking for. and you want to stay legal. you could try dandelion root. you can get it at any healthfood store. and there are other natural things as well.

if you don't want to get into chemicals and stuff, just lower sodium and increase potassium intake

I said it wrong. I don't know what I was thinking but I meant diuretics. I do want to shed extra water. Also Is there a certain amount of water you want to keep to be safe and prevent dehydration?

Don't take a diuretic unless your drying out for a competition. Your muscles need to be hydrated.

Take an AI (aromatase inhibitor), arimidex, like chuck said. An AI will keep your newly increased test from aromatasing into estrogen. The increased estrogen will make you hold water.

Im not sure if you will even have a problem at 250 wk.

If you are having issues at that low dose you need to clean up your diet. When we decide to use these things we need to commit to the whole thing, eat clean, get plenty of rest, drink lots of water, and don't drink alcohol.
