I'm 19 years old and have been working out for the last two years. When I first started working out I was a whopping 140lbs @6ft. I'm A whole 155lbs today. I think I have reached my peak and want to go farther. My max bench is 205lbs 3 Times. I can rep 185 6 times. I'm not sure what my body fat percentage is but obviously its very low. I wanted to know what results I should be expecting. I want to bulk up not be extremely ripped. I also wanted to know how much weight you think I would gain.
