    PWO carbs & bedtime

I tried a search, but couldnt find the help I was lookin for.

Im currently attempting a strict (for me atleast) cutting diet.
I am concerned because I di my cardio in the AM, and lift late at night. I pretty much just lift, come straight home and eat 8oz chicken breast and broccolli, shower and go to bed.
I avoided carbs cuz it was so close to me goin to sleep. What should I do?
    Thanks

Correct me if I'm wrong fellas, but I wouldn't be concerned about the carbs. Just limit it to 30g or so. Come home, have a scoop of whey while cooking up your chicken and throw down a couple small red potatoes.

Your body doesn't care what time of the day it is. Give it what it needs.

I understand that, but im just confused about the "no carbs after 7" thing. Im trying really hard for this to be the best ive ever looked.
Maybe 1/2 a cup of brown rice with my PWO meal??

"no carbs after 7" is someone else's opinion. You do what works for you.

there is no question that your body needs carbs after your workout. Give your body those carbs, no matter what time of day you lift. Period, end of sentance, new paragraph.
