I've been reading a lot about the benedryl helping the receptors open back up.
But can someone dumb it down for me?
I have the regular liquid from the Drug Store.

The pill benedryl. Not the liquid benedryl you rub on your skin....
great thank you!
how much does this reduce the beta receptors 'time of recovery' (for a lack of a better term)
I'd love to get back on it, in a week. as my schedule is in a MAD crunch.
in australia we have benadryl liquid for oral use, it has 12.5mg of diphenhydramine per 5ml..., i havent seen a pill form, so would i have to take 40mg of diphenhydramine? making it 20ml of liquid oral benadryl a night b4 bed??
I don't think there is any proof that benadryl does this. I have never read any other than a bunch of bs gurus talking about how it could possibly. If someone could refrence some peer reviewed study or something that would be great.
hey, what did you dose your benadryl at, and for how long?
(to make it work for you, that is!)
I found these so I will share them. Do what you want with them:
I have done quite a bit of research and found the following information supporting 8-10 week cycles of clen without the need to upregulate at all.
