I've been reading a lot about the benedryl helping the receptors open back up.
But can someone dumb it down for me?
I have the regular liquid from the Drug Store.

Do all local drug stores carry this pill? If so, what is the dosing, and how much faster does it up regulate (arguably)

The only liquid form of benedryl I have ever seen was for poison ivy and shit like that. You rub it on the skin and it dries out the area. I have no idea what you have... Anyways 50mgs ED of oral benedryl is what you need.

you can get a generic form,, doesnt have to be benedryl.

in australia we have benadryl liquid for oral use, it has 12.5mg of diphenhydramine per 5ml..., i havent seen a pill form, so would i have to take 40mg of diphenhydramine? making it 20ml of liquid oral benadryl a night b4 bed??

I don't think there is any proof that benadryl does this. I have never read any other than a bunch of bs gurus talking about how it could possibly. If someone could refrence some peer reviewed study or something that would be great.

I dont think you'll find a "peer reviewed study" on how benedryl up regulates beta 2 receptors. But, there is more then enough anecdoctal evidence brought about by experienced bros generous enough to share their experiences. Search and learn.
