So, my goals are to decrease body fat, and put on mass.

Current Diet
Trying to put in 200+g protien a day
Morning:
2 Cups oatmeal w/21g protien shake
Snack:
30g Protien bar
Lunch:
4 6oz chicken breasts plus fruit 21g protien per breast
Snack:
Fruits, Hard boiled eggs
Dinner:
Chicken, Beef , or Pork. If not chicken usually throw in 2 breasts w/ the pork or beef. Lots of steamed veg, and some bread.
Snack:
21g Protien shake
I'm sure it needs some work, but not sure what else to throw in or omit.
The goal is mass, and lose the gut.
Doing 30 min cardio daily, 45min-1hr weights.
Advice would be appreciated.
