I wear shirts tight enough to show off definition and big arms, but not tight enough to be labeled as a douchebag.

Depends on the shirt. I wear a suit and tie to work everyday so I have my suits and shirts tailored. But when it comes to a t-shirt I wear a 5x (I'm naturally a 3x). Polo's I wear a 3x.

I too have my suits and dress wear tailored(I use Tom James Company because they come to the office to measure and show cloth) but the t shirts I like to wear loose, like a tarp on a ferrari.

I usually buy them loose and then after 1 - 2 washes they turn into freakin belly shirts and cut off the circulation to my arms...

6'4, 300+lbs, sometimes as high as 320, sometimes as low as 295, depending on what contest I'm preparing for. I haven't competed in a year so I keep my bodyweight around the 300-305 range most of the time.

    Attention whore.........

I use to fit into XXL now I can fit into L that tells you how much weight I lost. I like XL it doesnt cut the blood circulation in my arms.

No thanks brotha!!! I spent my entire football career having to stay below 275lbs to play linebacker so I have been around the 10% area for years. Not trying to do that now because it isn't necesary for strongman/powerlifting. My wife loves the way I look and I'm not trying to look good for anyone else. Not everyone is tryin to be a pretty boy homie! LOL!!! Some of us just like being BIG!!! LOL!!!

Hahahaha - love it! I'm in the same boat - people were coming up to me saying Wow your arms are huge - what happened to you? I switched to XL and now - no comment. Still have to try them on - some xl's are tite too.

Drives my wife crazy when i say "Honey I grew out of another shirt...."
