    Bowel movements like WHOA

    Is it normal to have to crap every 1-2 hours while bulking?

    I know it's not the most enjoyable question, but i'd like to know for healths sake.

    Did you just start your bulk? Have you changed anything in your diet recently?

    these are good questions. I take like 2-3 dumps/day while bulking, but never every 1-2 hours.

    dude i prolly shit 3x before breakfast. its never solid either.....EVER....i also drop a duecey inbetween every class...i find it beneficial to use baby powder on your starfish...

    o ya the correct answer to that is that you are full of ...., dude or ok, but dsm may be a better judge of that.

    Might want to invest in some flushable baby wipes to put next to your toilet. They have them at Sams club in mass quantity...I heard...

    Sometimes it sounds like a missle attack when i'm on the john. Has to be my least fav thing about building/bulking.

    Are you taking in a lot of shakes? Some people's systems dont like them much. Another cause could be vitamins/minerals like magnesium. Anything over 600mgs/day will make things more fast and furious than paul walker.

    On a side note, if it is something that is acting as a diuretic, find out what it is quick cause it will limit your gains especially on a bulker.
