    steroids increase insulin sensitivity?

    Can anyone explain how this works? I am going to make adjustments to my diet possibly.

    yeah ive heard and read that can go both ways ...increasing sensitivity and increasing resistance. The sensitivity theory / mechanism is do (in part anyway) to the the fact that they lower the release of insulin and have a positive effect on atp process (atp - adp - cp) ....

    I know for a fact that exercise increases insulin sensitivity!!!

    It depends on the steroid.

    Test lowers insulin sensitivity--one reason some people choose to do cycles without it.
    Nandrolone on the other hand raises insulin sensitivity.
