my whole life i never followed a great diet, always just ate a well balanced diet with lots of fat and ice cream and sweet sugar, tons of soda... i could cause of the 18 hours a week + racing road bikes... now with that almost gone (had a accident) i have my diet in check and very solid... and guess what i am growing in strenght and size!!!! figure that!!! once i peak out - i am going to gear up - anyways the dude never lifted before, changed his diet for the good, and geared up a little gained 30 lbs added 9% more bf (and it was needed) to look normal - good for him, shows that diet and lifting can make a big dif!!!!
