Gyno is the formation of breast tissue in the breast specifically behind the nipple where the mammary gland is located.
Overtime people have associated the beginning symptoms of gyno (itching nipples, puffy nipples) as meaning they must have gyno. Unless you have a lump or slopping pecs that resemble breasts I really doubt you have gyno. And since you are only 5 days into your cycle I find it hard to believe that the test is causing the puffy nipples. Keep an eye on it, but I am sure your just stressing over nothing.
If you don't mind me asking why are you running test prop at 100mg isn't this your first cycle?
