Hey everybody,
After putting it off for a while due to many reasons, I'm finally making the final steps to starting my first cycle.
I am about 260 pounds and around 15%BF. I've been lifting for about five years strong, my diet which I started a few months ago is as follows:
Meal 1: 10 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
1 Banana
10g Glutamine, 5g BCAA
Meal 2: 2 Scoops 100% Whey w/skim milk
1oz of Almonds
Meal 3: 8oz steak or ground beef
8oz Yams or 1 cup rice
Meal 4: Post workout
2 Scoops 100% Whey
1 Carb drink EAT SOME NATURAL FOODS: COMPLEX CARBS/ protein
10g glutamine, 5g BCAA, 10g creatine
Meal 5: Same as meal #3
Meal 6: 8 oz chicken
1 cup green veggies
Meal 7: Before Bed
2 scoops 100% Whey w/ water
10g Glutamine, 5g BCAA
Training Split:
Monday: Chest and Bi's
Tuesday: Quads and Calves
Wednesday: Shoulders and Tri's
Thursday: Back
Friday: Hams and Calves
Sat: OFF
Sun: OFF
Being that this is my first cycle, I plan on running Test C only, for about 10-12 weeks, starting off at 400mg a week. I won't be starting until March so that'll give me a month to get things finalized and to take into consideration any advice that you guys are willing to give me. The only thing I'm still not quite sure about is my PCT. Would Nolva be enough for my first cycle? Or should I do clomid after my cycle as well?
