I am 190lbs
i have 18.4% body fat
im 19, about 5'-4
been training a little over 3 years
This diet seems like to much food, im never hungry and trying to eat breakfast is a pain in the ass, but i get it all down.
Does this look right for my body weight? This is basically what i will be eating for the next 12 weeks straight.
MEAL ONE:
1/2 cup oat meal
5 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
1 serving fish oil
MEAL TWO:
can of tuna
1/4 cup of almonds
MEAL THREE:
1 cup of low fat cottage cheese
1 apple
MEAL FOUR:
one chicken breast
asparagus
1/4 cup of almonds
MEAL FIVE:
large piece of fish
mushrooms
broccoli
MEAL SIX:
3 egg whites
protein shake
1/4 cup of almonds
