I have hernaited discs at L5 and L4... I'm young unfortunately and even lifting 100lbs over head ruins my week.
It's been hard adapting my work outs... no squats, no military, no dead lifts.
Just wondering if anyone else out there with a similar injury can share any exercises they've found as good substitues for these big ones...
