i am 23yrs old and am curious about starting a cycle but am still alittle frustrated on where i should start. I have been doing resarch for about 3 weeks and still dont feel confident in what i should choose. i dont want to start with a heavy cycle but something to get the job done. i have a bench press comp coming up in 3 months and would like to add a few lbs to my max. now about me i have been lifting for approx. 7 yrs not including my time in iraq so a year off in the middle.
height-5'7"
weight-215
body fat-14%
bench-405x3
incline bench-325
squat-550 (suffered broken ankle)
deadlift-500 (again the ankle)
my over all goal is to add 30 to the bench but watch my weight considering i am 5'7" and watch the body fat. does anyone have any advice or tips? thanks any help would be nice.
