Hey guys, I'm looking for a good bulk diet. I'm 6'1 190, not sure my BF%. I only eat 3 to 4 time a day I know need to eat more. I work out Monday thru Saturday, Sundays off day. I'm looking to gain 10 to 15 more I need a diet that I can change up because I get bored of eatting the same thing so I just stop eatting. Need help finding a diet that will help with bulk but I can change things up a bit. Any help would be great thanks.
